What is the process?

handshake Following the free consultation for discussion of desires and determination of needs, a written estimate is provided. Should the business owner or manager choose to proceed, the following occur:

  1. Initial and continuing consultations with the enterprise.
  2. Information-gathering and review within the enterprise.
  3. Investigations (external – the industry).
  4. Consultations with collateral experts, if indicated.
  5. Analysis of results.
  6. Synthesis of conclusions.
  7. Generation of differential recommendations.
  8. Delivery through report and presentation.
  9. Answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) allows Marengere Group to deliver business consulting services to individuals or organizations in the United States, due to Darry Marengere having a business degree, either online or by physically entering the country. The Agreement requires that 1) Marengere Group be registered in Canada, 2) That the revenues generated be declared in Canada, and 3) That the income tax upon them be paid in Canada.

Payment may be made by:

  1. Cheque, bank draft, or money order, or
  2. Interac e-mail money transfer.
